Yes you can, we do require a $500 deposit to release the engineering plans. This is included in your kit price so it will come off when you come back to order.
This deposit goes to the engineer to certify plans so it is non refundable, we can however change plans to another size for you meaning you can transfer this $500 over to any shed, as long as you buy a shed through us you wont lose this deposit.

For new slabs we generally put cast in brackets into the slab on the main structure, and dynabolt or chemset in the rest, eg. roller door walk in posts, mullions, ect.
Columns and rafters are made from Galvanised C Purlins. Wall girts and roof purlins are Tophat and Z Purlin material. Sizing of these depend on the structure size you select. Sheeting for roof and walls is corrugated or Trimdek 0.42BMT in a choice of the whole Colorbond range.
Our standard sheds go 5m high to the eaves, but we can go as high as 6m eave height.
All our standard sheds are 10° pitch but we can go 30°.
No, you can choose your colour/s for walls, roof and accessories (roller doors, gutters, downpipes and trims) meaning you can choose up to 3 different colours without affecting the kit price.

In most cases, none. Included in the quote price we give you are all of the components needed to build your structure and any applicable delivery fees. If required, we will also give you a price for erecting your shed and also laying a concrete slab. All of our shed rainwater connections (gutters and downpipes) are calculated to ground level only. If you require additional drainage or a storm water or tank connection this would be an additional cost. It is also assumed that the shed is being built on a level site and that earthworks are not required.
In nearly all cases you will need some form of Council approval for your shed. After your deposit is paid we will release watermarked engineering plans, slab and footing engineering, a slab layout diagram and a windload certificate to assist in your Council application. Unfortunately, each Council is different and this approval process can take anywhere up to 8 weeks.
Depending on whether you need Council approval, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver all the componentry to site. If Council approval is required, we will not order your shed until the approval has been received.
Depending on the size of the structure, it is possible to build it yourself. When you purchase a structure from us, you will receive a detailed construction guide to assist you. For larger sheds specialist machinery such as cranes and lifters maybe required.
You can pay for your shed with direct deposit, cash or cheque.
